ATTENTION
- During the summer holidays, we accept reservations for minimum weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.
- The prices are approximate … they depend on the number of guests, the season, the weather, the mood of the housekeeper, the size of the snowflakes of the past winter, the distance to the full moon, the intensity of lilac fragrance in spring, the color of smoke rising from the chimney …
- The stay starts at 15.00 and ends at 11.00
- The reservation is confirmed after paying a non-refundable deposit of between 10% and 30% of the planned amount due for the whole stay. The advance payment is determined individually.

Dear guests!
- We are lovers of nature, peace and beautiful homes. That is why Manichatki was created in such a place and in such a style.
- We care about the fact that both the area and the house provide you with pleasant impressions and ensure the best rest.
- Therefore, please respect them by following several rules:
- Leaving the shoes in the hallway
- No Smoking in the whole house
- Keep silence at home and around it from 22.00 to 8.00, including, without listening to loud music
- Attentive use of the fireplace and stove
- Caution when using mezzanines (applies to Bird and Butterfly Apartments)
- We like the natural silence and we respect animals living in the area, which is why we do not accept hunters, enthusiasts of off-road motorcycles and quads in our home.
- Everyone interested in organic products (eggs, milk, cow and sheep cheeses …) we recommend a farm in Ropki specializing in their production.
